Q1. What makes the TravelMall Inflatable Neck Pillow special?
A: The TravelMall Inflatable Neck Pillow integrates a 3D pump and release system with patented technologies; designed based on human ergonomics and neck vertebral care. It is definitely your perfect health care and traveling companion & may help to prevent neck pain or fatigue when you are traveling in a plane, train, car, or even just reclining to watch TV.
Q2. What is TravelMall Inflatable Neck Pillow made of?
A: The pillow primarily consists of a removable and washable double layer pillow cover and the special built-in 3D pump and release system. The pillow cover is 70% polyester and 30% cotton. The 3D pump and release system comprises an air valve, a unique airbag and a ventilation piston which are jointly researched and developed by our mechanical experts and pump system designers.
Q3. How do I wash/clean TravelMall Inflatable Neck Pillow?
A: You cannot wash the inner inflatable part of the pillow. If you need to clean or wash the pillow outer cover, please hand wash it. Do not machine wash! Do not bleach!
Q4. How do I dry TravelMall Inflatable Neck Pillow?
A: Please hang or lay flat the pillow cover, or lay it flat until it is competely dry. Do not iron!
Q5. What is memory foam pillow?
Memory foam was originally developed in 1966 by NASA in order to provide relief for astronauts undergoing the extreme physical stress of "G-Forces". Q6. Why can't my pillow be inflated after a few years, even though it has only been used 1-2 times?
A: Since the inflatable inner pillow is made of environmentally friendly materials, if the product has not been used for a long time, particularly due to the 3-year pandemic, some plastic parts may age or decompose, causing the product to become defective and unable to be inflated again. In this case, please contact us to search for a new inflatable part.
